Fearghal’s research and educational work has centred around hamstring injuries in elite sport, with particular focus on imaging, classification systems, rehabilitation progression, and return-to-play decision-making.
His published work includes peer-reviewed research in journals such as the BritishJournal of Sports Medicine, Scandinavian Journal of Medicine & Science in Sports, andSports Medicine-Open.
