RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION BLOCKS

Multi-day gym-based rehabilitation blocks can be arranged in Dublin or internationally, including within the UK, Europe and the United States.

The Dublin clinic is located close to Dublin Airport for ease of international travel. Early enquiry is recommended due to scheduling demands.

“Fearghal consulted on a player with multiple recurring hamstring injuries. He provided detailed assessment and testing to help identify where these issues may have been coming from. Following this, a clear and structured rehabilitation plan was provided, alongside strategies aimed at reducing the risk of recurrence. The most helpful part of the consultation was Fearghal using his extensive experience to reassure the player that, with some subtle changes, these problems should not continue in the future. This allowed the player to regain hope, build confidence in their body, and fully buy into the rehabilitation process. Fearghal has continued to stay in touch and monitor the player’s progress months later, which shows how much he genuinely cares about the athletes he works with. If anyone is experiencing hamstring issues, I would not hesitate to recommend getting in touch with him.”
