Fearghal worked with me as I recovered from surgery, in a race to get fit in time for the Copa América. His expertise was crucial in helping me return fit, strong, and on time, and I was able to play my part as my country went on to win the tournament!”

Fearghal has helped me recover from some tough injuries over the years, including a dislocated ankle and Achilles surgery. He understood my need to come back quickly for the next big games but, at the same time, never com promised on ensuring my long term health and performance.”

Fearghal has had a huge influence on my rugby career. I used to struggle regularly with injuries, often missing months of each season.
Through his programming and guidance, Fearghal was able to get my body to a place where I could perform at my best.
While working with him, I achieved the best physical condition I’ve ever been in. During my rehab with Fearghal, I frequently returned to play well ahead of the timelines predicted by specialists. I attribute this to his expertise and programming, but most of all to how easy he was to work with. Fearghal made the long days of rehab and the hard work involved not only bearable but enjoyable.
I had two major injuries that Fearghal helped me recover from—a groin rupture and an ACL injury. In both cases, I returned to play a month earlier than expected. Not only that, but I came back playing at a higher level than before the injuries. I credit a lot of this to Fearghal—his positive attitude, his ability to support me mentally, and how he prepared my body through tailored rehab to perform at my best when I returned..”
