That said, we do take an active approach to rehab and performance, so while you don’t need to be a gym expert, be prepared for an active approach
In-Person Consultations
No, you don’t need a referral to visit Kerin Performance. However, it’s helpful to share as much information as possible before your appointment to ensure we’re well-prepared. If you’re unsure whether our clinic is the right fit for you, feel free to reach out to us at info@kerinperformance.com before booking. We’ll be happy to chat about your needs and guide you through your options.
We recommend wearing comfortable, flexible clothing—gym gear or activewear is ideal. T-shirts, vests, and shorts are perfect, as most assessments involve physical activity, and we want you to feel comfortable during your session.
Appointments & Bookings
It’s simple – Just hit the “Book Now” button, choose the time and location that works best for you, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Clinic Facilities & Parking
Yes, all our locations have private treatment rooms.
Please note, however, that the gym areas are shared with other clients and practitioners. If privacy is a priority, we’re happy to arrange home visits—just email us at info@kerinperformance.com to set it up.
- In London: Yes, we have a comfortable waiting room, and our secretaries are available to assist with any questions while you wait.
- In Dublin: We have a smaller waiting area, but if you prefer, you can wait outside, and we’ll give you a call or text when it’s time for your appointment—whatever works best for you.
- In Dublin: Yes, we offer free parking right outside the clinic entrance.
- In London: Unfortunately, there’s no parking available at our central London location.

Yes! We provide online consultations for more complex cases. Feel free to email us at info@kerinperformance.com to discuss your case in advance so we can provide the most effective support.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Rescheduling is easy. Simply follow the link in your confirmation email or log into your Cliniko account to pick a new time that works for you.
We understand things come up, but we do ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If cancelled within 24 hours, the full session fee will apply.
Payments & Insurance
Yes, we’re covered by all major health insurance providers. You should be able to claim back a portion or a set number of sessions depending on your plan.
Yes, after every session, we’ll email you a PDF receipt for your records.
Payment Methods
We accept card payments, both online via Stripe and in the clinic using our card machine. We encourage contactless payments for convenience. Please note, we are a cashless clinic.
Athlete Testing Lab
Our approach is based on the philosophy of “assess and address.” We’ll review your history to understand the nature of the issue, followed by a thorough clinical and objective assessment using the latest technology. Our testing is tailored to your specific needs, with a strong focus on strength diagnostics.
On the day of your testing, we’ll provide you with a quick summary of your profile and the key takeaways. A more detailed report will follow within a few days to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness.
